Unlike most TV series these days (which bore you throughout the episode and then drop a cliffhanger right at the end), The Valhalla Murders is something that keeps you glued to the screen. Very interesting and the twists are subtle, making it one of the best murder mysteries I've ever watched.
What's more interesting about this series is that the lead roles have their own stories which are handled quite well with the screenplay. They do not show flash backs or any kind of background audios playing in the characters' mind to give you easy hints about the characters' story. They let you figure out about what goes on behind ever character's mind.
Very well played roles, really beautiful shots in scenic Iceland. I'd recommend this show to everyone I know. :)
