Sky force - A tribute to patriotic heroes and shame on Indian Government and we Indians
Yes shame on Indian Government who took 23 long years to recognise the sacrifice and valour of Tabbi (Devayya) that too after long effort of someone and when proved from foreign resources. As always Indian Government always busy in their own selfish matters and ignoring sacrifices of patriots. Shame on Indians as we never know our heroes till they are adapted in a movie.
About movie, the narrative was good still felt first was half was not as great and it could be though the fight sequences, attack, sacrifices and music was good with great performances of Akshay Kumar and Veer Paharia. But somewhere as I didnโt knew about real story I was missing the connection and motive of movie.
The movie would had deserved 3 stars until last 20 minutes. Completely raised the bar, the narration of the combat between Tabby and Hussain by Kelkar was just heart shaking. Those 20 minutes were something which made the last 2 hours come to a meaning. And seriously till last minutes I waited Tabby would appear on screen in grey hair, grey beard, old and weak yet brave. But I lost my control and had tear flowing when he finally gave up and looked at his wife photo during last few seconds and finally crashed. And the scene of his grave was something which canโt be explained in words just felt.
The brave Indian was gone in 1965 itself and was relieved from all pains but just feel for the pain of those who waited for him to return for 19 years and finally get to know him dead especially his wife. If Indian Government had tried searching for him during 1965 maybe those people could had seen him (body) for one last time and moved on in lifeโs and he could had got MVC as and when he deserved.
And this is not only story 1 martyr and his family but there may be 100s of such stories graved in graveyards in the soil of China, Bangladesh and mostly in Pakistan.
Coming back. Waiting for such movies like Border, LOC, Shershah, Major, Skyforce on our heroes so that we can shed tear in respect of them. Jai Hind
