I took a one day class with Michael Raupp covering the approach and some of the material in this book. I highly recommend taking a class with Michael if dealing with IPM issues is part of your professional concern. His knowledge of the subject is up to date and his delivery is clear and accessible. This book is an excellent accessory to the class, and if you don't have an opportunity to take a class, it may be the next best thing.
