What to say. The original film by Mr.Henson, as a child when I watched it was confusing, somewhat frightening and wonderous. I watched it again as an adult and only then appreciated the sheer genius of the creativity of this man. When I heard this series was coming my brother and I were ecstatic. I've watched 2 episodes and I just want to say it surpasses my expectations. Its beautiful and gripping and quite possibly the best show I've seen in a long time. I hope if people have never seen the original film that people watch this series, then watch the original film. Then they will truly appreciate the difficulty of using puppets to create this world and story that's so imaginative that its really unbelievable that this was created. Kudos to the Henson team and bravo you really have outdone yourselves. Jim would be proud.
