Arcane has some flaws, but to me it is a 5 star show because it is actually, genuinely creative and bold. This show was different, complex, and surprising. I can think of things I would change (ironically Jinx and Vi's story felt a bit unsatisfying to me) but this is an easy recommend by me. In particular, I appreciated the beautiful animation, the complexity of character (there is literally no major and very few minor characters that can be said to be definitely right or wrong), and the genuine creativity of the world building.
