Downton Abbey stuck to it's formula and made a very good film. As always you can expect a little bit of drama and maybe some scandalous behavior, but nothing over the top. I appreciate how they didn't wave their high standards making the film. Despite the added pressure converting a hit television series into a film the movie exceeded my expectations and translated to the big screen quite seamlessly. Bravo Mr. Fellowes, this movie won't be forgotten soon.
