The first movie was solid. This one was lousy. Instead of sitting back and being taken for a ride, my entire family spent scene after scene expressing “I think I get what they’re trying to do” or “what?” Nothing about this movie was very clever. Why can’t D.C. get these movies right. Where is the next Dark Knight? I was so looking forward to this movie and came away feeling disappointed with the result. The best part of the movie was the whole first scene and it went downhill from there.
