Ruined with a mediocre plot with lots of strange holes in it. Characters are good and the acting acceptable, which is a shame as a little more work to tie in some parts would mean a great film.
Apart from that, the individual parts are great, and the variety of each bit means it's not often boring. It's a beautiful film, a credit to the cgi - but without that its a 1 star.
