The lady who runs the show is peppy and cheery, but doesn't often understand the work that goes into what she wants. Her eccentric need to 'touch a room' and make little changes usually results in half smiles from disappointed clients. The guy doing most of the work for her must have a solid paycheck to be stuck with all the heavy lifting. Interesting premise but predictable and not inspired.
