Starts out slow but still stays intense. After halfway through it becomes a train wreck and no wonder it ends without any real resolution. Guy is suppose to be someone one step ahead but yet loses all the evidence. Then in the midst of a gun fight turns the dashcam on and the 30 seconds of the cop shooting at him is supposed to exonerate him from the entire turn of events?
