This series is as much about human health as it is about what our food choices are doing to our planet.
We've all heard of factory-farm raised meats, and here you get up close and personal .... as you can imagine, it's not pretty.
As for outcomes - spoiler alert - people who laid off meat were healthier. No surprise here.
I will NEVER become a vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, etc., but this series did make me reconsider what I feed my body,
