I will no longer use Fandango to purchase my movie tickets. I attempted to call them before our movie on July 8th but there was a long hold, so I called right after with the hopes that they will CREDIT ONE ticket as only 4 out of 5 of the tickets were used. I was not expecting a refund just a credit. The fact that I tried calling before the movie, and won't get this credit is disappointing. I will take my business to Atom!
