Ok. First thing I want to say is I have NEVER left a movie review but I just watched “Stillwater”and I cannot resist! Now, I don’t know if it was COVID related filming issues or somehow the producer just showed up one day and said, “alright folks, we have to end this today. Make it happen!” But the ending to THIS movie was the absolute worst thing I have EVER seen on film! So many questions left unanswered! The whole plot surrounding the entire film basically takes a huge dump at the end and it’s like… “Ok. Soooo the daughter got out of jail?!…that’s cool…but what happened to the actual killer?! If he even was the killer and it wasn’t actually the daughter which the movie leads you to believe she was apart of! And what about the sweet little girl and French woman?!?! I NEED to know who is picking up Maya from school now?! And after all the Dad did and everything he sacrificed he gets ZERO recognition for it?! Are you serious Mr. Producer?! Should this have just been a short Indy film instead?! Geez us! Save your sleep and money people. Horrible film.
