In Moore "Clinically oriented anatomy" there are many different types of mistakes: anatomical (e.g. in cranial nerves there is wrong number or name of a nerve, etc.), or mismatching between the text and figures (something mentioned in the text is not in the figure it referes to, etc.). Generally it is not too bad, but the text is often confusing for medical students (for years many students have complained about it and asked for clarification of the text). Also, often a figure mentioned in the text is not on the same page, but 2 pages ahead, which makes the use of it very inconvenient and inefficient.
Overall this book can be useful, but you will need a better one for better understanding of anatomy and its clinical application.
