The Dark Lord of Cats

I was genuinely surprised by how much I loved this. I thought that due to it being a Hollywood adaptation of media that I've had lots of love for would lead to mischaracterizations or diluted stories without inspiration, but... they completely blew it out of the park. Everything this movie did, it did with purpose behind it. Stuff that Sonic media in the past has been criticized for: lack of inspiration from games, too much human focus, too little character focus, has been addressed in this movie. It's so fun so that you'll love it if you've never even heard of Sonic (see the first movie though, obviously), and you'll be literally smiling the entire time if you are a fan of Sonic. Check it out!
