They tried too hard to mimic the original. Thereโs no Louis Litt element. Thereโs no Donna. Thereโs no brilliant super brain Mike character.
The only dynamic I found fresh was the internal struggle of Ted Black losing his brother and dealing with flashback memories. All of these new characters need to be fleshed out with similarly intriguing background stories if this show wants to survive. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
