The movie is quite slow. The mix between live action and animation is dated, and frankly, awkward. Though renowned actors starred, their roles were poorly assigned. The rising action and intro is good, but the middle hour is boring with little plot progression. Not only that, but the costume design and overall aesthetic of the movie is an odd vintage style which is too jarring of a contrast because the film is set in the present. It was neither aesthetically appealing nor was it entertaining.
