Carter Hesterman

As a fan of the franchise, this game definitely delivered on what I was hoping for. I would've given it 5 stars if they had a slightly more engaging story with better voice acting. That said, I wasn't necessarily going into my "stompy-laser-shooting-robot-warfare" game hoping to get an enriching story arc. To that end, Mechwarrior 5 is a massive amount of fun that keeps itself challenging and rewarding throughout the life of the campaign.
