Joker 2.
Acting was good.
Singing, really not bad like I was expecting - coming from a hater of musicals. They integrated the songs as well as they could and captured the fantasy aspect at the right moments. Could they have focused in another way without song though? Probably.
The ending initially bothered me. I had to sit with it for a while. After thinking about some other components of the movie and remembering the type of "Joker" we are all familiar with, I don't hate it.
I appreciate the creativity they used and how they set the stage for potential further production.
I recommend everyone (who is interested) to watch it and form their own opinion - don't doubt the movie because self proclaimed movie critics on google give you their shined up two nickels geared toward aiding a prebuilt narrative of failure.
