The game opens up with 2 cops beating an innocent unarmed civilian-who they are going to murder until a just slighty less corrupt cop shows up. They cuss through the whole game, and cops giving chase behave as though they are authorized to commit murder against traffic law violators. This is rated T for teen? Glorifying Police Brutality is disgusting. How 6 drops of red blood in a game get an M rating, but this is acceptable to market to 13 year olds I simply can't understand, and is just insane. imho
