It's compelling viewing, if you like hospital themed programmes. However, Dr Goodwin's severe chemo treatment and radiation treatment and his lack of physical signs of visible hair loss is very unrealistic. I am only at the stage of watching where he is on strong chemo. He is still working as normal, I suppose it is for entertainment purposes only but some of it doesn't reflect real life.
