Holly Rose

Although the storyline was not the best in my opinion, I liked the style of how the movie was filmed. It was slow moving but the way it was filmed made mundane things feel interesting. I will say I expected that kitchen faucet to mean something lol. It seemed to be zeroed in on for a reason. Maybe I missed the significance. The subplot of the main character being jealous of his wife in retrospect was maybe just there to throw us off track. I also didn’t really understand the title of the movie aside from maybe implying they’re ‘snakes’. To me the look and style of the movie was intriguing. The acting was great and I especially hope we see Alicia Silverstone in more things with bigger roles. I would have preferred a less predictable plot but the style of the movie makes up for it.
