This movie was probably intended to have a deep meaning. But it just came off as lack luster, a big nothing burger. It had no impact the characters were bland and it was wasn't just the slowest burn it was boring as hell with nothing new to say. Just watching the trailer you've basically seen the whole movie. There was only two interesting things that happened and logically it was incredibly stupid because both were preventable. The son barely tried to stop the rabbit from dying they all just watched it happen. The daughter of the old man just watched as some zombie dude ate him. Not to mention the old man was creepy, he was kept just staring at his daughter while in her underwear weird as hell. And the barely any dialogue was so irritating. Like who the hell thinks it's normal to come home to your dead son in bed? It was treated as if it was your regular Tuesday. You're gonna ask questions. I get the message of accepting someone who is already dead but they just dragged it out like a sack of nuts. It was just a pain to sit through and a waste of time.
