I didn't expect too much from this film but I really loved it! The leads have real chemistry and are believable as long-time friends and as a couple. The film is funny, endearing, and heartbreaking at various points. I was really rooting for them and I think it is more realistic than your usual standard rom com.

Really enjoyable fun show. Brilliant casting and a great mix of genres in every episode. I don't get the complaints about historical accuracy, you want historical accuracy go watch a documentary or read a history book. I mean did Victorian society actually have a Sherlock Holmes detective helping Scotland Yard or dark magic causing havoc? And clearly, Prince Leopold did not run around with a gang of street orphans!!! This show is fiction! If you are a Sherlock Holmes purist, don't watch this! As it is inspired not based on the stories so doesn't stay true to them but instead does its own thing! I also didn't mind the music!
