I went into this thinking it would be an intense movie involving snake handlers, kind of a suspense thriller. It turned out to be something completely different and I loved it. I thought the story, writing and acting were all top notch. Issues of family, religion, love all blended nicely together, and a few snake scenes thrown in for good measure.
