I have not laughed this much in a long time! I admit that I was concerned as I feel that CGI/Live action hybrids typically fail in a lot of ways. But I am happy to say that this is not the case with this film. Despite using CGI, the animation style is much closer to the original designs than we typically see. They also kept a good focus on Tom and Jerry, while also staying true to their lack of friendship. The human focus was not placed as more important than theirs, but really added to their plot. It was a good movie for both families and long time fans of Tom & Jerry.
