Animal Farm is a really great short book to read! To get the best experience, you need some knowledge of the events of the soviet union, but just one or two history youtube videos should suffice. I typically couldn't care less about symbolism but in the case of this book, it works really well with the ironic comedy. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
