I don’t usually write reviews, but this film warrants it… This Snow White remake is a slap in the face to Walt Disney’s legacy and the cultural significance of the original movie. I can understand the idea behind reimagining a classic, but at the very least, there should have been some genuine effort put into it. After all, this is the movie that started it all for Disney. I’ve been disappointed by Disney’s recent releases, but this one truly takes the cake. From the cheesy, uninspired costumes to the rushed, hollow plot line- and let’s not forget the poor casting choices- it was a mess from start to finish, and was officially Disney’s most disastrous cash grab.
