Grew up with this show. Loved it! Watched every Saturday morning! Never realized the stereotypical representation of black folks that even existed in Cosbys' animated series. But, back then we used humor to laugh at ourselves and others, exposing the stupidity, ignorance and hatred we all share towards anything different from ourselves. (eg.: All in the Family, Good Times, The Jeffersons, Sanford & Son, Flip Wilson, Cosby, Richard Pryor, etc.) It was working pretty darn good and then Obama set us back one hundred years through his fundamental transformation of America. Now, here we are.
