Terrible. She isn't a Dr. She is a chiropractor, giving false claims to be a hormone specialist when she isn't. Don't waste your money on this book and talk to your actual dr.

If you want to tell someone where to begin with Kamen Rider, GAIM IS IT! Beginning and ending. Some dont sadly. But it will give you a good start into Kamen Rider as a whole.
