Hot Frosty was hot garbage. The premise could have been whimsical but somethings are just absurd.
Terrible acting. Sets look pretty cheesy. Oh and... Frosty isn't even hot!
In all fairness i expected it to be terrible. If you like joking MST3K style while watching terrible movies, you'll have fun with this one.
