While this movie is repeatedly & highly praised and widely regarded as "pure visual poetry", to which I fully agree with, it captivated me so much that I actually want to know more about that aspect of history of the US. I am not American but this movie made go beyond it so that I can learn more and learn just for knowledge's sake, about that part of American history and the powermovers during that time. It's so fascinating and intellectually enriching. The world we have now and the political and social climate in it will always be shaped by events of the past. This we know for a fact but to realize it again via a stunning cinematic work is just sooo amazing.

2 stars for the acting chops of Kathryn & Dolly (although her character was not fully developed). Plot, storytelling, pacing were just not there. It was trying hard and rushed. White it is not a typical Pinoy film, the plot definitely is not an original concept. I kept on remembering the Netflix movie Do Revenge the whole i time I watched it. Still, I gave it my best and finished it.

Entertaining, witty, hilarious, subtle but deep. It is a must-see series. The characters are funny and relatable; the story light but has depth to them.
