Agree with ‘Barbara KAagel‘, my advice, don’t watch it as hard-core Crime show/murder mystery, It’s more like a family drama, where main character Mare is a frustrated in her life and also a detective. She is smart but lacks a clarity of judgement when it comes to her family. For example, she finds the bullet that possibly cut the finger of Erin, which shows how cleaver and experience she is in her detective work, but at the same time she steals the drug from evidence room and plants in Carrie’s (so called ‘Daughter in law) car, Mare does not even care to change the symbol on the drug package, which is very conflicting behaviors. Note to the writer, please show that Carrie even drives the car, because it just looks like she just got out of the rehabilitation and hardly meeting her end meets. Only reason I am watching the show is because of Kate Winslet, I am her fan at some level, and it’s pandemic there is nothing else to do.
