I have not seen the stage play so cannot compare it. Thìs was a very entertaining film, the dancing was beautifully choreographed and, although CGI was obviously used at times, very athletic. Go and watch this with an open mind, the first ten minutes or so are a bit confusing but, once you cotton on to the story-line, it becomes better, good cameos from famous faces and great music.
