We purchased movie tickets today for a family movie and there was no air conditioning. It was 90 degrees in the theater and our toddler couldn’t handle it longer than a few minutes. When we approached them about a refund or credit to go to a different theater, they told us absolutely not and that it’s not their problem - it’s the theater’s problem. Do not use Fandango.
