‼️🚨 Only half of the approximately 6 million pages of Epstein-related files identified by the Department of Justice have been released to the public. On April 2, 2026, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche told Fox News that the Epstein files “should not be a part of anything going forward” for the Justice Department.
In January 2026, the DOJ published about 3.5 million responsive pages (including over 2,000 videos and 180,000 images) in claimed compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which President Trump signed into law in November 2025.
The department has stated that the remaining materials do not qualify for release under the law or were withheld for reasons such as victim privacy protections and legal requirements.
