I’ve been thinking about the people who have been considering our upcoming retreat.
If that’s you, if you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or like your body never fully settles, it makes sense.
And if part of you has been thinking about coming to The Deep Unwind Retreat, but another part keeps saying “maybe later," I understand that too.
Sometimes the hardest thing is giving ourselves permission to receive support before we reach a breaking point.
We start on April 24 (just over one week away).
It’s just a few days in the mountains, slowing down, moving gently, releasing tension, and giving your nervous system space to breathe again.
Nothing forced. Nothing overwhelming. Just a supportive space to soften and reconnect with yourself.
If you feel a quiet yes, you can trust that.
And if now isn’t the right time, that’s okay too.
