The softest blankets we own are going Disney 🐭✨ Minky Couture x Disney is coming January 2027! Founder Sandi Hendry just gave us a first look, and we spotted a giant Mickey face, Mickey and friends, Minnie bows, and a classic Mickey design. Never heard of Minky? It's a super soft, fuzzy fabric that feels like a stuffed animal, and Minky Couture has been making blankets out of it in Utah since 2009. @minkycouture We bought our first Minky back in 2018. Today both of our couches are covered in them, and Greg sleeps under a weighted one every night. Now that Disney is part of it, we could not be happier. Which design would you grab first? 👇 Full story at the link in our bio. #MinkyCouture #Disney #MickeyMouse #DisneyHome #DisneyMerch

Disney just got a new patent for its HoloTile floor, and this one is made for movie sets 🎬 The floor can keep an actor walking in front of a camera and a digital background without ever leaving the stage. A related patent points to theme parks too, with tiles that move guests in sync with what they see. We watched this tabletop version move Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker across the tiles at D23 in 2024. Now it all makes sense. Credit to Imagineer Lanny Smoot and the Disney Research team.
