Movement to key tourist destinations, including Satapada, Jhanikuda, Mansa, Dolphin Centre and Rajhans, has also been restricted until October 29. The Puri District Collector has issued instructions to concerned officials, including tehsildars, BDOs, marine police, Chilika authorities and police in Krushnaprasad and Brahmagiri, to help implement the restrictions.
