Do not, and I repeat, do not auto respond to customer complaints using an AI bot. Rather don’t reply. A bot reply just makes things worse.

Throwback to 2012 when I was hosting "introduction to social media and search" workshops. Oh, how things have changed. 🤯 But, oh, how they have stayed the same. 😂
