I really enjoyed Uncut Gems. Adam Sandler and the entire cast were wonderfully authentic in their delivery. I was on the edge of my seat with each bad decision Sandler made as Howard. His life was already in a shambles at the start, but he continues to spiral his way downward getting himself in riskier circumstances. Kevin Garnette, playing a version of himself, was equally impressive and the short appearance by acting veteran Judd Hirsch was an added pleasure. I would highly recommend Uncut Gems as a visceral drama for adults starved for quality cinematic content.
