A subtle, well acted film, loaded with excellent actors. Had to watch it a second time to truly appreciate this gem.
Paul Newman is absolutely convincing and natural in the starring role.
The film is more of a "slice of life" instead of concentrating on plot.
It may seem too slow for some, but if you enjoy a film with richly developed characters, this one's for you. Newman is at his best.
