This book encourages pollution and was clearly written by a white Christian woman. Says sylphs are what we know as faeries, that gnomes are trolls AND leprachauns and references closed practices. Do not follow ANYTHING this book advises lest you want a case of possession or to be on the very angry end of a god or spirit. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
