I am just watching an interview with a Grenfell survivor and am appalled to hear that the interviewer had asked the survivor if he blammed himself for his wife's death! I think this is totally inappropriate especially when the survivor is sharing his very traumatic experiences with your news team. Please show some respect and consideration for the people you interview, particularly if this is going to be televised.
