Wasn't sure what to expect from this movie. At times it felt like I was watching a documentary, a boring one. But as the movie progressed I found myself feeling sad. Sad for Star for being molested, sad for her **siblings I guess** that she left behind. Sad that she felt she had to prostitute herself to stay with these wanderers. Sad that these kids were all too happy to stay in crappy hotels and squatting in an abandoned home. Sad that she couldn't see that Jake was using her. And most of all sad because there was no out or a happy ending. In the end though this is the reality for alot of our youth now days.
