If you like this movie, it's a clear indication of how high you are on the misogyny/toxic masculinity meter and how low you are in social and societal evolution.
Firstly, he looks ugly af. A little grooming would have helped. But clearly he doesn't know what grooming is. No, I don't need the hero to be handsome. But bearable, yes.
Secondly, at the risk of sounding classist and elitist, the movie was cheap and low class both in outlook and context. It's evident the girl has clearly drawn boundaries even in her continued friendships with her ex-bfs while he openly solicits both photos for ogling them and is inappropriate with them. The manner of his speech is pathetic. His thinking even more so in the way he behaves with her. It's fairly obvious this is how poorly developed PR's mind is and this is how he perceives women and relationships. Needless to say another toxic male with poor upbringing that is now making movies to justify his gross stance instead of evolving and maturing as an adult. This is not a TN male specific problem. This is an Indian male specific problem and making movies like this gives them the wrong notion that it is ok to be this unevolved. NO, IT IS NOT. NOT BY A LONG MILE. It's such problematic thinking that leads to so many sexual offenses and crimes against women in India. The notion that 'men will be men' and that's ok but women should be sati savitri. NOPE. You want to call this mindless entertainment and hide your obvious cheapness behind that, go ahead. I will put this movie in the same category as Animal. Disgusting. Regressive. Unevolved. Unnecessary.
