2 stars because this show has moments where it shines. Made it past episode 5 before calling it quits. While the boys used sex in questionable fashion, this show flaunts it in almost every reason to progress a scene or action, I get it, it's "college campus", but that's not close to reality. Anyway, this is science fiction, and superheroes, so reality aside, the reason to use sex to push further action gets to become an eye roll. You'll have the right wingers hating this for its woke practices, and the left wingers praising it for its satire of woke. Honestly, I stand in the middle here and say it's just way too overdone and over the top. I applaud a female lead, as I cared deeply about it for many segments of the show, but the writers wrote her in ways too that disassociates her likeability. Again, this show uses sex so much so to push the plot as someone who doesn't mind sex incorporated into cinema, found it distasteful and lazy. Big fan of the boys, and I find this shows inability to capitalize on its universe to me, a major let down. I hope for more spin offs, really, but I won't be finishing this series, and hope for a new direction going forward.
