Three stars to Dakota's bland performance and the lack of back story of Pedro Pascal's character. Four stars to the soundtrack and dissecting modern dating. Dakota was great as Johnny Depp's wife in Black Mass and then her acting went downhill. WTH happened?

Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks gave top notch performance. The storyline is slow and could have been shorten to just six episodes. It's a snooze fest.

This is literally a real pain watching the film. Kieran Culkin is a one dimensional actor who keeps playing the same character in every show he was in. It's like he cannot shake off his Succession character. He was insufferable that I stop watching halfway. The only saving grace is the Chopin soundtrack and cinematography capturing a beautiful Poland.

I love the show. It was well paced and the plot was intricate. I like how they show less well known European cities (esp. the aerial shots) which makes you wanna visit. At the end of each episode, it leaves a cliff hanger which makes you wanna keep bingeing. One thing I don't understand is why Jackal had a family which did not add up to the overall storyline. Lashanna Lynch isn't easy on the eyes and looked "pissed" most of the time. For a MI6 agent, her bulky body made her look clumsy in action scenes. I hope Season 2 continues with its winning formula of suspense, wits and slick action scenes.

The daughter is the most annoying character. Everything had to evolve around her and her parents kept coddling and caving in to her demands. They could have got away.

It keeps you at the edge of your seat. I am totally immersed and gave out a few screams watching the film. LOL. Cailee Spaeny is the Gen Z Sigourney Weaver. She is a talented and malleable actress who can do drama and action. I shaved off one star because of the heavy accent by Spike E Fearn. It's a pain in the a** trying to understand WTH was he saying. I am a wee bit disappointed they don't show a full view of the alien (originally created by H.R. Giger). That said, I am gonna check out Federico Álvarez's other films :)
