Insanely creative, avant-garde, and thoroughly entertaining piece of work. The amazing sets, quirky array of characters, and comedic timing that would rival any prime time show are just part of it. And where did they find so many great kid actors?
Reading some of the comments, I suspect you have to be a bit of a nerd to fully appreciate some of the nuances. And it's occasionally goofy to a fault, but I like goofy (as my summer campers esp. can attest). Between the Star Trek, Matrix, even Doctor Who references, I sometimes think it's more entertaining to me than to some kids.
