The game itself is fun. It keeps a lot of things that's true to pokemon. Of course, the bad reviews have a touch of honesty. Graphics are fine in terms of art work, but in terms of performance are where they are lacking. If you're not close to something, it's frame rate will drop. This isn't a new issue in pokemon games though, as it can be noticed in game titles such Ultra Sun. The real kicker for me is that this is the first time I have ever had a pokemon game, or even a Nintendo exclusive for that matter, crash mid-game. The auto save feature saved me luckily.
